I work with both kiln cast and hot blown glass. I am interested in form, colour, and humanity in a changing society. My work is often inspired by the natural world and the human form. My background in health allows me to see the beauty of the body from not only a symbolic but also an anatomical point of view. Though I have always been an artist in various mediums it wasn't until I discovered glass while on maternity leave that I fell in love. I completed the NZ Certificate in Glass Art at UCOL Whanganui in 2021 and will continue to expand my hot and kiln glass studio in sunny Raumati South.
